How to use the photo frame
Video and photo upload: Connect the device to your computer (Windows or MAC) via Type-C. Move videos (horizontal 16:9 or vertical 9:16) into the VIDEO folder and photos into the PIC folder.
Note: 1:1 formats are not supported. Full horizontal or vertical uploads are required to match the selected display format.
Video playback: Up to 800MB per video, with automatic loop playback for 2–3 hours after a full charge. Direct playback begins when powered on: photos or a photo+video combination start automatically.
